Our Services
We provide a transparent and ethical service for manufacturing of any volume, from sampling and product development through to final export.
Sampling
Depending on the clients needs and preference YEVU can draft a tech pack with the sample and pattern being provided. We are able to receive patterns digitally or non-digitally. Depending on the clients needs, YEVU may require a sample of garments, trims, threads and fasteners and labels.
YEVU does not charge a fee for sampling. Sampling time is 3-5 days.
Pattern Making and Grading
Depending on the clients needs, YEVU is able to provide a pattern based on a provided sample. That pattern can be graded into a full range of sizes by the YEVU team using a clients size chart.
Cut and Sew
Once samples and sizing is confirmed and approved, YEVU will commence production with the capacity to produce around 2000 units per month.
The client must provide a quantity per style breakdown, and identify any other production information including fabrication, colourway and print for each style.
Fabric Sourcing
Depending on the clients needs, YEVU can procure fabrics on behalf of the client based on the fabric specifications, quantities and instructions.
YEVU is able to commission and procure wax prints from textile houses in Ghana, and source and commission Batik and Tie & Dye from small scale local producers.
YEVU is also able to source and import fabrics from foreign suppliers in the Asia region upon request from the client.
Trimmings
YEVU can procure trimming locally or from overseas suppliers, depending on the clients needs.
Trimmings quality and use to be confirmed and signed off on by the client during the sampling process.
Labelling
YEVU can procure labels locally or from overseas suppliers, depending on the clients needs.
Label quality, placement and position to be confirmed and signed off on by the client during the sampling process.
Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance team is experienced and highly trained. All items are cross checked before being prepared for packing and shipping.
This includes cutting loose threads, checking stitching including skipped stitches, symmetry, overlocking issues and cross checking all measurements to ensure sizing consistency.
